It's a Disclosure Scotland Basic Disclosure Certificate.
Basic Disclosure contains only convictions considered unspent under The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974
Disclosure Scotland do Scotland,England and Wales.

Cheers for the reply, is that all they check, its just my credit scores non too good, i just wondered weather they check that?

Technically they state on their application forms that These security checks include a Criminal Record Check and/or Recruitment Risk register and/or Voters check(s) and/or Financial Checks as deemed a requirement for the job.
In reality though for a postie position it's only likely to be the CRB check.
My credit scores are shocking.
