Derby Mail Centre The End !!

Information briefed Yesterday that Derby Mail Centre dates to transfer the processing dept have been released, end of an era an exceptional place to work a small but very efficient and functional place, exceptional Staff and that includes the Managers.
A real shame such a fantastic Mail Centre will be moving to Nottingham but that is the price of progress. I wish the staff that move across all the best for the future and to maintain there great sense of humour, my wish will be for the staff and Managers at Nottingham to welcome the Derby Staff with open arms.
I sadly will be leaving the business after over 30 years man and boy, seen a lot of changes over the years and now is the time to move for me.

Derby had been planned for closure in 2013. Is the November date outward or inward?
Thankfully the MC review process is coming to an end. There is only to be 1 further MC review in the new East Region and the remainder will be in the SW where 3 MCs are likely to be closed. End state of around 35 MCs will be in 2016.

35 Mail Centres will be about a quarter of the main Sorting Offices, roughly one for each postcode area, of half a century ago.

Good evening everyone,
Please, I don't know what to do, Royal mail is trying to get me back to depression, I sent an item to Derby in the December period, and they couldn't get there before the receiver could travel out of the country because the item is supposed to be to abroad, and luckily I have the tracking number tho I didn't include a return address, and I was told that they could deliver the item so I asked them if I could give my details for a return since the receiver didn't get it three days after the attempted, I was told is not possible,


Now, I'm being told that it's now a missing item and that it's not possible to get it back, I have been calling them to check up on what's next and they keep on telling me to wait until the box reflects to brown color as it's not showing any color at that moment.

Please, I need help pls, my marriage DVD player is inside and it's not possible to get the cameraman, pls, @Royal mail, pls, return my item, my mom's Jewelry is inside pls, and my son's school items too, pls
