The Work Program have no clue what is going on

got an email from my Work Program provider today

First Call Services who have the Royal Mail contract this year (don’t know if this is only agency)

but they have taken over from Anghard who supplied last year, are now registering for up coming vacancies.

Papworth (Work Program) are hopeless, and I wish this was the most incompetent they have been.

That said why was there First Call Services around last year, when there was also Angard staff?

I just think its amusing that my advisor thinks that First Call Services have replaced Angard, when ive discussed it with him previously, and he has seen the post card from the Royal Mail, telling us that Royal Mail have replaced Angard this year.
