In my opinion lets sit tight and see what ATOS has to offer?
Do you both want IHR?
Have you had time off sick recently due to being on deliveries, and if so what stage on the Attendance procedure are you on?
This is all relevant

No we haven't been off sick yet, though we do feel stressed about everything. With moving from a physical job like delivering we assumed a suitable job for us would be put in place at the mail centre - we expected to be on letter sorting or packets. We'd never heard of DSA till we got there. The job we were given is a man's job, not two women of our age
It didn't help matters when we heard some of the RM staff had complained to the manager about us. They wanted the 6.00 till 14.00 shift, but couldn't have it, yet that's the shift we'd been given. So we hardly felt welcome
We are both anxious about the ATOS assessment as we don't know what kind of questions will be given. I've looked up about it and apparently they try to trip you up.
We started back at our delivery office, my friend doing Thursday and Friday, me doing Friday and Saturday. With us job sharing the same delivery, on the Friday she did ours and I was put onto another one. The one they put me on I'd never done before - it was all hills and steps, more hills and more steps...finishing with hills and steps. The driver did his half but was helping me too. We left the office at 10.15 and got back for 16.30 - over six hours.
The union have told us to go for ill health retirement, hence the coming ATOS assessment. If we don't pass that, I have eight more years to work and my friend has six. Who wants to do this job till they are 66
