Grievance should be 2 pronged.
The threat of performance standard levelled against you for cutting off given circumstance.
And if it's the case, Why no action against those responsible for d2d mon, tue, wed. Meaning you have been victimised.
This ain't no baseball game, you get only one chance and you blew it.

If you don't get any joy with him/her - contact your Area Rep.
In the meantime smile nicely and tell them you will happily take out the whole lot over 2 days instead of 6. Then make sure you cut out :evil/mad Your rep needs a squib up his arse if he agreed to that crap. Get onto your area rep. asap.

Who voted for these (local agreements)?
2 doms and rep while i was on holiday
That's not a local agreement.
Local agreements have to work inside national guidelines.
No branch would endorse that crap.
Interesting office rep you have there warning.
I think minimumstandard may have had a point.

Any rep who locally agrees something that goes against a national agreement deserves to have his/her credentials withdrawn, so contact your Area rep/Branch secretary and tell them that, A local agreement in your office is underminding the BT2010 National agreement regarding d2d and also contact your Area Safety rep, ask him to show you how to get a bag with three days worth of D2Ds to weigh 11kg. Also this agreement could be classed as wilful delay of mail as d2d into workload is live mail, except in your office as some posties arn't doing them, I would also thing management could be in trouble with this one too.

Surely an agreement between a local or area rep with two doms, without any consultation and signed agreement with the foot soldiers does not constitute a local agreement, and should be taken up under the IRF.

Does it also follow that:
Any member who acts against a national agreement deserves to have their union membership withdrawn?

Apparently the local union agreed to this? :arrrghhh

what should i do
Mate you are not alone on this. D2Ds are always getting left on our lapse duties and someone always cops it mid week. Total joke. If there are too many we cut off. It then gets handed to the late turns, who then fail it as they cant get it done before their collection.

The manager is finally rethinking things now.

Do you lapse Thurs and Friday or are you let off because of the extra D2D's?

Clash, that is a loaded question. My concern is that there are so many agreements being made at the moment between the National Officers and Royal Mail with what appears to be no consultation with the membership, that if a member does have a clash of disagreement, would it be deemed as fair to remove his membership, if he has not been given the opportunity to debate the agreement before its implementation.
