This is the crux of the matter. D2D are scheduled across the entire week, Monday to Saturday, so what happened Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and why wasn't Saturday included ? i think we need a bit more information here

If the D2D arrived in the office late on Wednesay for whatever reason and are due for delivery that week.......
Why weren't you given Saturday to complete them as well?

Any grievance you raise should be based on the fact that you cutting off was met with the response that it was a performance issue.
That is unacceptable.
The D2D issue is a red herring and irrelevant.

Because it's just work.
Yes there was a failure in the delivery procedure prior to you but that is a problem for your manager and whoever was on the shift Mon-Wed.
You were only asked to work your contracted hours which you did and you dealt with that in the correct way by using the overrunning deliveries procedure.
The problem was the attitude of your manager in calling that a performance issue.

No its not a failure monday to wednesday the d2d are not done because they lapse the duties and the fulltimers will not do the d2ds(local agreement)
This is my duty which is lapsed... then come thurs and fri i am forced to do 50% d2d on both days ( local agreement)

Approach your rep and explain the problem you are having with doing all the D2D over 2 days.
If you don't get any joy with him/her - contact your Area Rep.
