Unable to apply online for Xmas Casual

Post by kop81 »

Hi i am trying to apply for the casual role however unable to get passed "where did you hear about this vacancy" page. After i click on where i heard about it the screen goes blank. I also tried it earlier but it would not go further then the national insurance screen. Anybody got any ideas on a solution?!

No i dont think it is that as a few people i know have applied already today and for the same place as me. I tried to do it again, when i get to entering my NI number after i click on next the screen then goes blank with BARREDNINUMBER written in the web address column, is anyone else getting this. Im thinking i get this error because i applied last year, despite getting the job i could not do it because of a person matter.

I don't think this is the case as I am getting the same problem whether I put in my NI number or not!

I worked at York mail centre last xmas and was sent the invitation to apply email for this xmas.
Clicking on the link within the email for application to York MC I could only get as far as the page
after entering my NI number. The next page is blank with ip address "https://rmg.i-grasp/fe/tpl-royalmail01. ... EDNINUMBER"

If any Royal Mail technical people are reading this thread can the address this problem
or at least inform that further applications are no longer being invited??

Had the same problem Yesterday, kept geting blank screen after either putting my N.I num in, or after "where did you hear about the vacancy". Then after refreshing it came up with position no longer available, but just kept trying later on at night, and with out doing anything diffrent it worked, yea  and now got my application in, and that was for Gateshead, lates. So just have to keep trying. Lol
