Its hard enough with the screws in work.. And the ghost screws on here... YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!! :shock:

But why ohhh why do people feel the urge to rub peoples noses in it when they are down or relaying problems in there offices..
We are all in the same boat, and we all SHOULD be pulling in the same direction.. When i hear and see posts like the OFFENDING POST
Then i just feel sad to my boots.. The personal jibes ment feck all to me as i give as good as i get, BANTER!!! I just cant stand a gloating,

I'm back :Very Happy did ya miss me :oops: :roll:
Went to a mass meeting yesterday,will post more on that later,had a few bevvies,then had a few more,then a few more :neutral:
Got in pissed,didn't check the site,you been behaving yourselves :hmmmm
Got in late today 1-30 :shock: fell asleep in the chair :d'oh!
Just shufting through things now,and i'm on cooking dinner duty :d'oh!

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

For a first day back it wasn't bad - only 2 out of 3 d2ds turned up so I did 1/3 of walk. Finished and started on time. Not bad at all.

What a bad day. What a good day. What am I taking about. In at 5.00 sorting till 0645. Thrown off by 0800 then missort came in late nearly a full yorkie. Sorting and throwing off again . Bundled up and out of door about 9.00 (usually 0830). But done on time - no rushing - go figure. I thinks its our alley boss, he couldn't organise a blessing in the Vatican if he was the Pope.

I did every house door to door today probably making me hour and a half slower then it would with out. Rained and bike fell over a few times. I hate covering peoples day off round when customers come up to you and say "oh our postie gets here much quicker" or they say "you are late today" Well i dont come in at 5 when my starting time is 6:15!!!!!!!!! I missed the time lock on a few flats so i couldn't deliver the mail.
rant over.

Was tight today,although i was on the easiest walk in the office and i was ok,the others would of been cutting it fine.
Was very lumpy,most got out between 10 to 10-15 for a 1-30 finish.

I had an easy walk and left in a row -- the prep was horrendous out a half hour late. Only just finished on time.
