It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Ah well it's horses for courses really - had you been a bloke you'd probably still have been on 25 hrs with the worst delivery in the office and left to your own devices and had you been dopey to boot you'd have been in the managers office - still equality rules as they say.kirstyx wrote:well ive done 10 days so far my feet are sore so are my legs ive done some dopey things as well lol got my uniform yesterday which seems quite lucky for me. everyone including the managers have been absolutly lovely giving lots of help and tips and willing to help out when i am being dopey all in all absolutly loving the job so far been put on a 28 hour contract now so hopefully as soon as i get quicker will be able to stay on past the 6 monthscyorke1987 wrote:Ah that is the same as me...
