hello, i'm on fixed term 3 months contract at greenford mc, wondering how much my shift allowance should be for working 6.00-22.00 5 days /week?
just received my 1st payslip and there no shift allowance at all,

I don't think you get a shift allowance as such,just a different hourly rate depending on what times you work...

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now

You will receive late shift allowance it's in the WFA 2000

Doesn't that only apply to Royal Mail staff. Angard have different basic pay rates per shift rather than a basic level for all which is then topped up with shift allowances - or at least that's how I read their posts.pcb wrote:You will receive late shift allowance it's in the WFA 2000

Quick question are you working 16 hour days 5 days a week 6 till 10 at night or are you working 10 at night till 6 in the morning 8 hours 5 days a week which you should get night allowance for ?

i work 20 hours a week, 6p.m- 10p.m, i do get shift allowance and that's £20,50/week,
does anyone know how much is night shift allowance? also for working overtime saturday and sunday?
