Application stuck at ** Submitted **

Hey all,

I was hoping you can help me.. I received an email on the 26th July saying iv been got the job on condition I pass the the security checks, as far as I know there shouldn't of been any reason for me to fail these tests. About 14 days after these checks my application status changed from "Processing Security Checks" to "** Submitted **" and iv not heard anything since.

I was wondering if this is normal? and if anyone else has experienced this? Iv tried emailing to get an update via hrsc_rrf@royalmail.com but have yet to get a reply, is there somewhere else I can get in contact with to get an update?

Regrettably it is a fairly common experience and especially now as they are just ramping up their systems ready for the Christmas rush. I would just keep persevering with sending them emails and hopefully the log jam will break at some-point.
