I have created an online poll for everyone to answer as they want.
I do not accept any responsibility for the opinions of anyone who answers the poll.
Basically what i'm saying is that i'm not taking it offline until 8th October, 2007.
The results will be posted here then.
Please go and fill it in, and spread the word about it to your friends and colleagues.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
