Manager tried this on with me saying I was the worst sorter one particular day as he'd been watching me. Threatened me with all sorts despite having no figures for me or anyone else. I chucked in a b and h complaint they said it wasn't b and h but ti stick a grievance in. That was 11 weeks ago, finally get my grievance upheld or f****d off this tuesday.

Posting the results of any type of test on noticeboards, even without names, is a form of intimidation.

As far as sorting tests are concerned provided individuals achieve the required standard during their training period for that type of role that should be it, job done. To re-assess people when they have passed sorting tests in the past is a form of harassment even if they have been moved to an office that they are unfamiliar with.

The ONLY persons allowed to assess an individuals workrate are trained Industrial Engineers who are in receipt of a valid rating card (renewable every 6 months).
