As a new HGV driver for Royal Mail, are most destination (RDC/MCs) straight foward to get to??

All depends on the trailer you are taking if it is a double decker you should be beware of diversions ie height clearance but RM should be on the ball.

on the ball , i dont think so
you might get a bit of a map showing where a mc or rdc is , but not a route
they are pointless anyway cos there will be plenty of diversions due to motorway closures , junctions shut and accidents
especially at night
but at any time you could be sent down a narrow road , the opposite way you want to go with nowhere to turn round

Doing NWDC run from SWDC whats the route?? thankful for any information

Most traffic offices have maps and usually in your booklet you have detailed maps, in the time ive been driving for RM most mail centres or RDC's are either just off the motorway or A roads, if you have a 92/110 double decker then they usually send you a specific road or tell you off any low bridges to avoid.

Seriousluy???? you would think that it would have got flagged up after the first time but for three trucks to hit it when im sure its clealy signposted before you get to it is just sheer stupidity
