Unless that agreement is seriously tightened up it could be an infinite number of stages because from my take on the agreement a manager can more or less invite you in any time he pleases for an "informal chat".
TBH ft I think it is yet another smoke screen to make people think RM have moved on from the present situation and yet dingo admitted there is still no appeal for Stages 1 and 2 only Stage 3 and now the 4th informal stage which is "NEW"
