He,s completely ignoring those as well demanding that you only come back to work when you are fit to do your full duty, our rep is sort of agreeing with him, his stance is to advise people only to return to work when fully fit.

my dom has bypassed atos rehab plan and ignored it, my rep said stick to atos plan and STOP when it stays and let the dom clear up the mess - tomorrow - can't wait.

That is exactly what the pysio at the hospital has said to me,I,m off to the docs again tomorrow and I make sure its in my notes that I want to return to work but these jokers wont let me, again spoke to the rep who basically agrees with the DOM I cant belive that the union are standing for this,I am the third person in our office that this is affecting but the union just let it go , its no wonder that members are pulling out daily!

Spoke to atoss today, they reccomend i return to work on the 20th of this month on a 5 week plan, so lets see what happens next,I told them that this clown, not our DOM to be fair wont let anyone back on a plan and made sure it was documented, I am going in on that date and if I am ordered to go home I WILL refuse, let them suspend me, this idiot who thinks he can,t be touched should think twice, the whole office is behind me now, bring it on!!!!!!
