Did Ed Milliband really ask union members to scab?

I implore anybody involved in these strikes not to go ahead with them. I don't think it is right for the country, I think it will cause disruption and I don't think it's what people want to see."
I smell Tony Blair's influence.
Which way will the TUC jump?
On the one hand the PCS,one of the TUC's most powerful and most active unions...on the other hand their beloved Labour party...
Time for another Labour Affiliation debate maybe.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

The likes of Ed Miliband are not Socialists.
They are wealthy middle class elitists masquerading as Socialists.
All the Labour top table will support giving Thatcher a state funeral.
A woman who did more damage to the working class, set the working class back years, destroyed the comfort of job security for hundreds of thousands of working class people, and destoyed hundreds of thousands more working class jobs for ever, sowed the seeds for what our children and grandchildren are now going to face.
A postman voting for this Labour mob, could be likened to our most idiotic colleagues who inexplicably vote for the Tories, Turkeys voting for Christmas.

totally agree with these posts. just like the unions , Labour just do deals with the Capitalist elite. they dont have any intention of changing anything. Capitalism with a nice face or Capitalism with a nasty face, its still the same... Capitalism.
regarding the Olympics , it would be nice to see a future Prime Minister sticking up for the prospects of the ordinary working person instead of a bunch of elitist sports people . maybe i am wrong , but what are the legacies of these Olympics ? will it allow ordinary people to participate more in Sports after the Olympics are gone ? or are the ordinary people just copping a big bill to allow these elites to pounce around at a big Tea Party ???

"why should it just be the bankers, politicians and the idle rich who get all the best things ? we demand a standard of living for our members that enables them to share in the fine wines and times that the likes of Cameron and his Eton buddies take for granted " - the late great Bob Crow RIP.
