if you are not appealing against the decision then you should receive PILON as a lump sum. you're end date should be more or less immediate not august.

Your DOM is being a right ars* hole, it seems to me they are getting you to work your notice, unless the letter you signed stated PILON you would not have to wait till August to leave RM and collect your lump sum with PILON payment.

Really getting fed up with this now! Spoke to area rep last Tuesday, he spoke to manager who said she would sort out leavers ECR (last week) I called HR this morning and they have not recvd it!!! I had meeting to agree IHR with lump sum on 29th May!! Payment should have been made at the beginning of June! Rep is on holiday and I feel there is not enough being done here,. Atos report stated : serious breakdown in the normal trust and confidence between myself and employer and that has remained the case throughout this whole process, I feel there needs to be some legal intervention here but that is supposed to be done through rep??

Any advice appreciated, thanks .

Take out a grievance, in the grievance state that you have agreed IHR with RM and it has not happened, also state that your feelings have been hurt because of the delay, If in any letters from ATOS it states you are covered under DDA then write in the grievance that you believe you have been discriminated against.

Thank You for responding. I have tried to call my DOM and have also sent urgent email she has not returned either!
Been in contact with solicitor and he has not been able to make contact yet and has not recvd call back as requested.

I have just sent email to Moya, dont know what else to do?

Well one thing you can do is look on the bright side, you'll be leaving in exactly 11 days and as you aren't at work now you may as well chillax.

looks like Im getting closer. Had response from Moya, saying one of senior team now investigating. Ive still had no correspondence from DOM, but have found out some info thru HR. My manager did call my solicitor yesterday and told him "she will just have to be patient, as I had to be patient with her" ???? She also said would be recouping some of the money from the agreement (that she hasn't stuck to). We shall see!

This is unbelievable,guy at my place had ATOS interview on the Thursday,on the Sat a letter to his place stating the terms of the IHR from the DOM ,on the following Friday money was in the bank.

Hi samwell. I am in a very similar situation to you. I have had 4 atos reports done on me, and they all say I am unfit for work at the mo. It is all due to stress caused by work. But my manager keeps re-referring me to atos because he doesn't like the fact that atos are actually taking my side. He won't accept it & it is nothing short of bullying. All these phonecalls are making the situation worse. my GP supports me too, so what is his problem? Sick of it. I am heading for a breakdown.
