The RM Security procedure states that even in a low risk area, the HCT can only be left unattended with mail inside it for a maximum of ten minutes! Failure to adhere to the security of the mail procedures will be gross misconduct, i.e. dismissal!

Yes quite true but who adheres to the rules..............certainly not RM when it suits their purpose. :neutral:

Indeed...like no mail in the front seat or no SD's in pouch boxes.
Of course some members make it easy for them...
