Average day except for packets which were on the light side, for me at least. Hot and sunny all day and I'm knackered.

I have to deliver to a catholic church and the hall is hired out to a nursery and has done for many years,
couple of days ago one of the administrators from the church said I must not deliver letters to the nursery, but it has always been two delivery points,

Today the administrator said to me I told you not to deliver I said that there has always been two delivery points and I have to deliver as Royal mail policy, he said you can't by this time the nursery manager came out and a full scale disagreement went on, OMG you cannot belive the administrator guy(church) can be so obnoxious about a few letters, I said you need to sort it out between you and i will carry on delivering the mail as per Royal mails policy.

Still I am off for 3 weeks after this saturday :nana

You'd think the Catholic church would not want to bring up anything to do with children :nervous

Mega heavy day today, all the mail has caught up after the recent spell of foggy weather and lack of mail planes.
Glorious sunshine all day, got a tan :cool

Better day mail wise but totally whacked out due to picking up step daughter from prom night which meant about 3 hours sleep :Boo hoo!

Rained all morning non stop drenching all the way round. Suns out now typical

It's nice to see the reduction in mail..............must be something to do with the weather but the packets have been through the roof recently (10 tracked and 5 specials today alone  ).

Plus tomorrow there is a bulk posting due in.................I suppose my manager is going to have to get his walking boots on :Very Happy

It was actually not too heavy for a Friday. Packets were below average although I had 8 recorded items in total. Rained almost constantly apart from about 20 minutes and got absolutely drenched.

Yes, going through a similar thing in our office. Bonus for me this week is no D2Ds. In fact there's a few who haven't got any. Warm and overcast today, apart from a few drops early on it stayed resonably dry.

Pissed down all day....again.
Got to my first delivery point and really felt like giving it a miss....the whole thing not the first delivery.
Not felt like that in a long time.
Need a holiday. :nervous
