There is still lots of OT having to go in to complete. People leave loops on heavy days.

I would be surprised if they have not cut hours somewhere, as where would they get their savings from?

Someone raised this during a WTL. He asked the lino if, compared to the previous year, we had made savings on the wage budget due the the revised duties being in place.
The lino said savings had been made but he did not have any figures avasilable as to how much...
I see West Park Plymouth PL5 has been added, you can add PL6 to that as well, it's a bloody nightmare. Been a postie for over 10 years now and have never seen the morale so low, our union rep is a waste of time and only in it for himself. Managers have been bullying quite a few workers now, union doing nothing about it, leave in the summer months is a joke as well. We did have a few union guys come over 2 months ago and admitted to "forgetting" about our office and they will be over a few times a week to check things over....Haven't seen them since. But i guess they have been away and partying at conferences up and down the country, i'm still in the CWU but ways things are going it won't be long before i cancel because what is my £3 a week going too??

The packets,tracked and specials are still done by dedicated driving duties and the members do not use delivery methods/trolleys.
Is that a successful delivery methods revision?

Maybe we should have another list that gives you a list of offices failing already and failing more with summer savings,i heard the other day how failing offices here are having summer collapsing pushed onto them so are failing even more mail and packets,managers working till late trying to deliver mail and packets that have not gone out,wonderful system we have now.
You would have thought that after two years of revisions, of which the failures are legion, there would have been common ground after all this time to correct the failures and to learn the lessons so that each new revision WAS flawless...............but as they say you can lead a horse to water but.....
