I think FB is just a tool, like fire, it can give you heat, miss use it and you get seriously burned, just my view.
Agree, and I think its sad when people have to have loads of friends on there to be judged as succesful. I bet most of their so called friends couldn't give a monkeys about them or are tagging on as others do. I think that aspect is sad.
For obvious reasons my Patrick Postman persona on FB is a false one, I tend to use it to communicate with activists and RMC friends. I think thats the best way to use it, especially with RM being paranoid about everyone being on message a few years ago.

I don't get facebook really.
I could just about see the point of using it to network with people you will never have the chance to meet or family you never see but why have your real friends/colleagues/family on there?
One of my mates has his wife as a "friend"...what is that about?
