Bad day. Busy one to start with. Got to the start of the round only to find that the HCT had ended up on its side, inside the van. Not the first time this has happened unfortunately. Eventually got it upright and set off. Must have pulled a muscle or something because I finished the round limping and very late. Am now doing the ice / heat thing to get it working again. Ah well could be worse I suppose.

Finished an hour quicker than yesterday, always good to run into the folk on the road that live at the furthest points so saving driving time later on (no literally running into them of course, that would make a mess of the front of the van) :chuckle

Average day for a Saturday although the packets weren't as bad as usual. Showers on and off most of the day. Shattered at the end.

Nope. To be frank its a pointless comment. Without any context as to why he said he or what the background was, its just that a pointless comment.

For instance if he said it about people being given a vote on a proposal then yes its wrong. But if he said it because runners or early starters are complaining about not having job and knock because they have been told to lapse in their hours, then his comment whilst colourful and probably unwelcome, its merely a sign of frustration. A frustration many on here would recognise.

Therefore any chance of posting the context of the comment.

Chilled out most of the day. Dodged the showers to do the shopping.

Easy day, big gaps. Typical July Tuesday. Finished twenty minutes early which is about par for Tuesday. Could have finished an hour earlier but what's the point?

Busy day and a wet one at that. Had some of those heavy catalogues to delivery so I've spread them over the next few days. Quite a few on the sick right now so really short staffed.
