You can't, the new system isn't running yet. The transfer page on the intranet is just a holding page waiting for the documents to be put up.

Best way to transfer around the business now is to apply for PIllar Leads in WCM, as no one is interested you could be lucky ?

Update to this thread. I achieved my transfer to Bristol Mail Centre from Sheffield Mail Centre not by following the suggested system of checking online for vacancies but my writing to the mail centre manager in Bristol and generally being a nuisance. My initial enquiry was rejected, but I persevered through email communication and the MCM eventually put me into contact with the person who oversees distribution/transport in Bristol. I was offered a 20 hour contract as a collections driver which was a 50% reduction in hours for me but I chose to accept the opportunity in the hope that full time vacancies would arise in the future.
I made my hours up by taking any overtime opportunities available. Fortunately for me full time Professional driving vacancies were advertised after being at Bristol for 4 and a half months and using my seniority I successfully applied for one. I'm now a full time pro driver at Bristol Mail Centre.
I've been lucky I think, but I'd say if you are desperate enough for a transfer this method is worthy of consideration. There is no getting away from the fact that there has always been a big overtime culture in Royal Mail and the chances are that you will be able to supplement your income in the event that you elect to take a drop in hours to facilitate a transfer.
