Our CWU rep is most definitely out for himself and nobody else. Spends far too much time concentrating on only picking fights he knows he can win, thinking he's more intelligent than his members, asking questions then not listening to answers, hanging out with management, sticking his nose in staffing issues, telling his members what basically end up being total lies to temporarily placate them, favouring 'senior' members and generally feathering his own nest. I'm interested in getting a vote of no confidence started to get him shifted. Any useful links on how to get it rolling?
