Hi there,

I have been with RM for 15 months & have recently had back problems.

I by no means want a long period of time off but maybe just a bit of recovery time.

Will i get full pay on the sick having work at RM for 15 months

Yes.
After 12 months service you are entitled to 6 months full pay then 6 months half pay.

Thank you fish tank. Have been looking for my contract but cannot seem to find it.

Only just realised this forum existed. Will be very useful in future i think.
