Detailed action planning using Archway* will take place during July and August so that we can start to take action to address the issues raised in the survey from September onwards.
Archway is Royal Mail Group's online action planning tool to help improve employee engagement.
I wonder if that is the "overarching" Archway - if you look at the construction of an archway you will see that there is a support pillar at either side and a connecting lintel of some description across the gap but between the pillars is a void which will probably account for the action.

I'm just about employed by Royal Mail, I sometimes think I stayed beyond 65 just to be awkward
Am I just been sinical here in thinking that RM have played a blinder yet again and bribed all the managers into filling in these forms.
Think about it this way the number of managers within RM that now also fill in these forms which have been placed in amongst us posties.
Of course there is going to be an improvement in the figures, which RM can claim is down to the modernisation and the new relationship with the cwu.
How much of the managers bonus will be related to an overall improvement in the survey outcome compared to last year?
Lets face it they can publish whatever results they like from a survey but at the end of the day we know the state of the nation, so to speak, therefore the survey spin is pointless because regardless of what RM say we won't accept it even with the new relationship.
It's a bit like our ballots,no one voted for the way forward,pay & mod,and 2010,so no one put positive answers in the survey.
