......for the bosses.

The scenario - we work like the clappers all year to make a profit - the managers and execs get paid bonuses of £40 million first - hey presto, we now have a £12 million pound loss and colleagueshare is worthless.

Well - that's what happened last year - didn't it ????

Lets not forget the 50:50 bonus scheme= 50% of permanment savings for them and 50% one off payment for us, non pensionable!
