I don't, the reason being that you already have a divide - London Division and the rest of the world. It wouldn't surprise me if negotiations, which already cater for London, now become a regional affair and perhaps in a short period after the regional changes the union reorganises on a regional basis, more full time release as a sweetener?

No the CWU structure will stay the same am front up to the new managers.
Since 1992 Royal Mail have changed their management structure over a dozen times and the CWU have remained the same and it works and there is no need for us to change to their structure we only have to ensure that we interface with their managers when it effect the offices we currently represent.

Yes.
The presentation states.
DSM responsibilities will be re-aligned to release a programme support DSM role in each delivery area
My best guess with that is that they want to release one DSM from a direct Ops role to oversee either the delivery revision programme or WCM programme or both.
That's 20 Delivery areas so 20 DSM's will be moving into these roles and the remaining DSM's will take up the slack.

Apparently managers at Regional level have already been told to update their CVs ready for submission so it looks likely that the structure will be slimmer. How slim is the question but I doubt there be a knock on effect down to Mail Centre/RDC/Delivery Office Level or even DSM level for that matter - I may be wrong.
Had no dealings with Mr Cameron but it sounds like he went to the same charm school as Mr Jensen.
