UPDATE: Finally got my ATOS appointment but it could not be completed. ATOS doc asked me to confirm reason i have for the appointment. Told him it was to inform them of my diagnosis and current condition. He stopped me and said he has a different reason in front of him and that the reason is for a stage 3 attendance procedure and can lead to a dismissmal. WTF I have not even had a stage 1 yet.
As anyone been in this type of position? and is it likely that rm will try and push for dismissal? I have no letters or any thing really from rm to let me know the reason.
In mean time i have to wait for another appointment, not knowing what rm are doing is causing stress. In an ideal world i would just like to know where i stand.

amura whilst your union rep is on the case may i suggest that you also take the time to contact your CWU Area Health & Safety Rep namely to ask them if they can provide you with a copy of your ERICA Report. You will naturally have to provide him or her with the time and date of when you reported it to your manager. If they in turn cannot provide you with a copy then it would appear that your manager failed to record your accident.amaru wrote:Union rep is on the case.
