Revision and seniority and holding pt jobs aside for pick !

hi,,,probably going over old ground here,,,,,,,but,,,,,as ive mentioned b4,,,were on the long path to a park an loop revision,,,ive said they want a 75% 25% split in full time part time duties,,,i dont really have a problem with that,,,,but this morn were told that management and union reckon we have to have the re-sign done fairly,,,this will be,,,3 full timers pick,,,then a part timer picks,,,,then 3 full timers pick,,,then a part timer will pick,,,so on and so on,,,talking in the region of 50 duties give or take does this seem ok,,,,,,,,,our union rep gave it up a month or so back,,,his deputy is long term sick,,,,,so were a bit lost as to the hows and whys
