Re: Guvnor's Pay
Pay scales for all grades are on the RM Intranet (some of the managerial salaries, excluding bonuses, appear just a little high compared to other companies but I think that will be changing post privatisation - for those that are left!).

Re: Guvnor's Pay
I was under the impression that when the cruds go acting they get a supplement type thing and not the full wage.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

They have what you do, a contract of employment which ensures that they get paid provided they do not take IA as well.5plusbonusball wrote:Don't know but why should they get paid after we all go out, there's no mail to manage and no opg's to manage.

Re: Guvnor's Pay
Yeah I don't think deputy managers are eligible for any bonuses as they are still OPGs, they just get a substitution payment while they are covering management grade jobs.POSTMAN wrote:I was under the impression that when the cruds go acting they get a supplement type thing and not the full wage.
