Well all I can say is MDEC support for this will be non-existant, I cannot see many people taking 4 days off in one pay period. I won't be striking but I won't be working for Royal Mail either.

How is it in one pay period if its friday saturday one week and monday tuesday the second week? Are you paid monthly?
