im entitled to an opinion just as you are, though i think yours is wrong you are entitled to it.

i wasnt "scabbing" when i went in during the strikes, i was working, as many of you lazy ones werent. so many people who strike only do it to avoid getting hassle from you old fashioned hard core union guys.

i know u need to fight for what u think is right and i respect that, but the company has to change.

Job and finish was introduced because RM knew a sizeable minority would come in early and run round like tw*ts, just so they could finish an hour or so early.It cant come as a surprise when Crozier then says postmen are under worked. It amazes me how a business that managed to defeat our union on SDD due to job and knock, don't give the union a proposal that they can take to the membership. The CWU were never gonna agree to the pile of shite document.
Remember that as a union, and against the recomendations of the leadership, we voted for SDD cos of job and knock, and because we've ran round to finish as early as possible, it's come back and bit us on the arse.
