It's down to interpretation i suppose.
If someone sees you with your bits out are they going to report you for having a pee or are they going to report you for having your bits out in public.?
In that case you would have to convince the police and RM that you were taking a piss and not well....involved in something darker.
If it's a kid that sees you it's going to get messy because anybody whose kid comes home and says they saw the postie with his bits out is going to go off the deep end and create hell with RM who will obviously pass that hell down the chain to you.
Why anyone would take any of those risks is beyond me.
Make sure you have toilet facilities identified on your walk and use them or go back to the office. :cuppa
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

Paula Radcliffe did'nt get a criminal record for Crapping in the street a few years ago during the London Marathon, surely that is more of an offence?

perhaps RM come do a deal for a few thousand of these

would be funny on P&L as well if your partner is taking a dump and you drive off :)

the point of this is different police authorites have different policies

if you get caught with some weed in london, the old bill will give you a warning and drop the weed down a drain and at most a penalty ticket for personal use

you get caught in the shire counties then they will put you in front of a magistrate as they have a zero tolerance to any form of crime or anti social behaviour

also remember, get arrested for any recordable offence, guilty or not then you will have your DNA, photo and finger prints taken, even if released without charge

all for the sake of having a pee in public

is it realy worth it

Make sure you have toilet facilities identified on your walk and use them or go back to the office

Another question would be why put yourself in any dodgy situation? why would you pee in a bush? why wouldn't you drive to the local loo? or return to the office if needed?

I'll tell you why, cutting corners, peeing in a bush or where ever is no differant than door stepping a parcel, cutting corners to make time :speak to the hand

You should be disaplined in my opinion, more the fool you :left:

What really annoys me is the questioning of where am I going (to the loo) when I get back from my delivery!! Four hours plus on the road and they wonder why on earth you need a piss!! I wonder how many coffees and loo breaks the idiot DIM has had while I was out??
