Well, we're not dealing with honourable people when we deal with RM management.

If you were sold a pup and it turned into a rat - would you be happy. Change has to come but we want paying for it and we want negotiation - although who with I'm not too sure.

It's what they agreed to in order to lever in SDD , if management don't like what they introduced they can leave :Very Happy

But they agreed it under SDD so why don't they talk through the change instead of imposing unworkable and abusable systems that will not get the support of the work force and imo the managers as well.

This new system if accepted or forced in will increase bureaucracy and therefore costs, and guess who they will target in the next round of savings.

Why oh why do people who dislike the Union cannot see that we do accept change is inevitable and that we would even support it if it benefited the majority and the business. Also why do they always come out with the same line of "If you don't like it leave". It takes more character to try to change things from the inside for those that follow you,. If everyone did as they suggest we would still have slavery, serfdom and deportation for stealing bread, and Hitler or his descendants would still rule most of Europe.

if the job is done then wheres the problem i'm one who does actualy work my hours thats because i don't run around but for others that do run why should they be penilised after all it was crazier & lateone who introduced the sdd just because they see them finnish a tad early they now decided thats not now acceptable well if not work to the 318's then and then more staff would be required is that what r.m wants more expenditure as staffing levels rise ?

Two months ago you were on here whingeing about this messageboard because you scabbed and several of us told you exactly what we thought of you. My opinion hasn't changed, you gutless, clueless Tory parasite.
