Trackers in vans and general downers at the moment

Post by guitarmanzzzz »

ok so i jump in my van today n see this kinda wierd silver watch battery shape thing plugged in next to my fog light switch, straight away my thoughts of a nice morning collection are thrown into termoil knowing full well that this aint no friendly futuristic cigarette lighter...My worries are confirmed when i get back from my collection to heading for the union room where the two union guys inform me that this is a "TRACKING DEVICE" that can tell what im eating for lunch, what color boxers im wearing etc..but seriously is this the next phase that royal mail are prepeared to take in making our lives more miserable, knowing our every move??
I mean how much is the cost of this stuff??It seems is ok to buy these pointless things(barcode guns, plasma screen tvs, nice blue boxes to hold our keys in)but when it comes to a measley pay rise??oh NO!!sorry guys we are not going to give you that extra £5/£7 a week pay rise for working your butts off,i try to be happy in my work but is now really on the downward spiral i,m thinkin..cheers  :cfo :lfo

Imageguitarmanzzzz. I somehow don't think your alone with that feeling.

Royal Mail senior management certainly do not communicate well at the moment if they are installing these devices without telling people about it.

If you fail to communicate your reasons sufficiently clearly, then you run the risk of them not being trusted or supported..
