thats says it all to you people who contantly belittle reps on this forum
you would all moan quick enough if their were no reps
hats off to the rep who does it unpaid and to take the flack for the member

My hats still on as well,have to be quick,i godda rush look at the time,anyway,is super rep taking it further,not everyone is clued up enough to get phone records.

Yeah, they will be interviewed in 3 months time, all the evidence will be ignored, they will be congratulated for being observant in attempting to save the company money, told to be a little more discreet and sent back out to carry on where they left off.
