A MAN who admitted three fraud charges has been sentenced at Grimsby Crown Court.
Peter Britteon, 43, of Nookings Drive, Hibaldstow admitted fraudulently using a Post Office Account card in Brigg to gain £750. He is charged with fraud by false representation after using the card on August 18, 2011 and twice on August 19, 2011.
He was given a 12-month community order and a three-month curfew with electronic monitoring between 6pm and 6am.
The court heard how Carol Brown, 49, also of Nookings Drive, Hibaldstow, admitted committing fraud by false representation – she used a Post Office Account card on August 12, 2011 to gain £60.
Brown was sentenced to a six-month community order and has to complete eight activity sessions specifically for women.
