Driver Change Over
I have taken the names off to protect the stupid. However even though the email is 8 years old the actual Royal Mail policy still holds the field from 1998 :

Re: Driver Change Over
Very interesting. In my office it has only been required to do the changeover for driving vans under 150cf for about a year. This means a lot of people who do not drive the bigger vans have never had a driving assessment, especially since it is a requirement at my office that all staff must drive. I have even seen managers driving 150 and 400 cf vans without having done a driving assessment.
