why would anyone in the union want to do away with saturday deliveries? do they think losing 1/6th of the workforce is acceptable for a lie in?
I don't

Re: Saturdays
There's the rub ,lots of reps can't support the abandoning of seniority, but HQ says we'll cave in on this one; where does it end?fishtank wrote:As i've stated before after an IWT driven revision D.O.'s do not have the indoor resource to cope with the switch back to walksort on a saturday.
There is no way that RM will re-invest these hours so the only way offices could absorb this is by starting early and skipping meal relief.
That is not a position i could support.

Re: Saturdays
I accept your point however the walksort would only be for Wave 2 Saturday which in some DOs is 30% or around 1/2 tray .... how long would that take to prep ?fishtank wrote:As i've stated before after an IWT driven revision D.O.'s do not have the indoor resource to cope with the switch back to walksort on a saturday.
