Only a Tribunal and upwards can.

It is best, of course, if both sides can agree that you are and take appropriate action before it comes to that.

Is that really whats at stake here? wouldn't RM offer Ill heath retirement? Not making any judgements on the OPer as I don't know.
Possibly but IHR is really just compensatory dismissal isn't it?.....and she doesn't want to go.

Stage 1: 4 absences or 14 days in a 12 month period

Stage 2: 2 absences or 10 days in any 6 month period during the next 12 months

Stage 3: 2 absences or 10 days in any 6 month period during the next 12 months

1 absence of 4 days or less will mean removal from the procedure.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Hi this is my first posting so be kind :Very Happy

after every sick abstance you must have 'a return to work interview' within the first 2 hours of returning to you place of work

Failier to do this and your line manager has not followed proper procedure..............and this is enough to throw out any stage but especially stage 3

with a bad back (prolapsed disc) this is a medical condition and therefor covered by the Equality's act 2010 another reason to throw this out :Very Happy

A good manager wouldnt go any further with this as he/she would look stupid..................not the first time

good luck
