How can you be sacked for ticking boxes in a manner that you see fit, and in accordance with the way they have set the questionnaire. What is the object of the exercise apart from a propaganda point of view, if they are not going to accept the negatives.

Our main reason for feeling like we have been treated so poorly is the fact that we first read about our office was closing and merging with another.....in the local paper! Royal mail didn't have the decency to tell us first.....
I think a better system in a small office like that would be to all agree to fill in the more pertinent questions identically and put the same comments in the boxes that ask for them. I think there's some kind of system in place where if the same issue is raised by 10 or more staff in the office then it causes a fair bit of ball-ache for you DOM. Maybe nothing actually gets done in the end but hey, causing the DIM ballache is always worth doing.

That really is pointless! You have a chance so make your views known!
 Just make sure you get them first, what is to stop the Manager filling in these blank forms, and making his office a sound great?

If that,s the case then DGP and Mori have been corrupted by Royal Mail, then I expect to be on me bike very shortly.

DGP, your talking nonsense. Tell us exactly how I will be sacked for expressing my opinion on a MORI poll? I tick the boxes, put it in the envelope provided, drop it in the mail bag......... :hmmmm

Leaving comments that target named individuals in your office could be deemed as B&H.

"Management are clueless" would be acceptable.
"My line manager Mr XXXXXX steals from the petty cash" would have to be investigated.
If it was a false accusation and could be linked back to you...the rest you can fill in yourself.
All DGP was saying was be careful.

I would not for a second condone making false accusations.

A few years back we had a survey and the results were abysmal! The comments were very close to the mark but all the same true. I was taken to one side by the area manager and told that they knew that the comments were mine (they were not) and further action would be taken. I asked how they knew? "handwriting" he said ;liar
If it's true say it

What a complete and utter waste of time these employee surveys are, no one takes any notice of what we say especially when it concerns bullying from the management. I have been feeling really down just lately and am under the doctor due to a certain member of management and his bullying , but then he lets his favourites do what they like :arrrghhh :arrrghhh
