cheers mate......looks like just the 2 weeks then as i could be on my way before the months out....so 34 weeks,12 pilon and 2 weeks holiday,48 weeks total,,,17000/18000 grandish payout?????

The 12 weeks depends on your length of service .

we have had a pay rise,but cant confirm it as my payslip wasnt delivered yesterday,lol...the basic pay rate now is £392.72,if i was ihr, is this now the rate they have to pay you your lump sum.

£393.72 thats with delivery supplement included......is the supplement included in your payoff,or would your basic pay then be £373.72,thats minus the supplement???

go to atos doc on weds next week,if i ask to be ihr will he approve it.

went to atos yesterday,doc said in his opinion ihr can proceed with lump sum.my basic wage is £372.10 but with delivery supplement it is £393.72.what figure do they work off to give you the lump sum,the higher or lower figure.

i was asked if i would consider this today and from the other posts on here if the 10 year rule of thumb is used ( done 15 )
i would get 34 wks - 9-12 pilon and this years holiday entitlement 5 weeks does this sound about right ? and do you get taxed on this ?

You wont get all of this years holidays,which is taxed,only what you have accrued from April this year,and anything left over from last year.
The Pay in Lieu of notice ( Pilon ) is not taxable or subject to NI deductions.
The 34 weeks is tax free up to £30k.

well ....accepted ihr,my final day as royal mail employee is friday 27th april,34 weeks 12 pilon,but no outstanding holiday pay.yet when i was on the sick i had 1 week in january,and 1 week in march from my winter leave.am i entitled to this pay????? have not signed any forms yet,having meeting with dom tomorrow.any answers will be appreciated regarding my annual leave,thnks.

Yes,if you was on the sick you should still have those holidays owed to you,chase it up.
