This is why the doms should all go to rm school of feckwits and find this answer, it's blooming obvious to you and I but they are blind to it.
In my D.O John would swear blind he is quick and that he feels he is being penalised for being quick.
Thats the problem for me Im working with OPGS/members who think they have a god given right to oodles of J and F every day and anything that threatens that is a big no no.

You see your office is a case in question, you've had a revision of sorts, been paid some cash,but have not had a real revision involving CDVs and HCTs and according to some - that is a revision. There is no job and finish and hasn't been before BT2010. What I can't understand is how weak the management seem to be in your area and that must be top down.
Did I mention the overtime being used to cover DP growth?
Seriously though once the MAJOR change revison comes along things will never be the same again, our neighbouring D.O being one of the bigger ones in the patch has had the DM revision and things havent ben going too well by all accounts.
Summer Absorbtion is on the agenda this year (the DSM is being very firm on this for the whole of his patch) and the members are not awfully happy about it but are making zero effort to show that its not possible. One delivery is all thats being asked which will be a average of 20 stops per duty taking some on.
The DOM has made it very clear to the DSM he needs a revsion to be able to realise the potential savings.
