Re: DOs doing MC work
if the CWU within the MC is in disagreement about work patterns then they should urge members from outside the MC not to do ot in the MC, this would strengthen the union position simple (you would think)

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: DOs doing MC work
I can't say why mail in Edinburgh was sent out to delivery offices in Edinburgh, that's an issue between union and mc management. Maybe they don't have enough staff. People won't knock back an opportunity to earn extra cash in the current climate.POSTMAN wrote:Yes you would think but...spilie wrote:if the CWU within the MC is in disagreement about work patterns then they should urge members from outside the MC not to do ot in the MC, this would strengthen the union position simple (you would think)
