So your in a job where you don't like the company or people (Managers) you work with. You do not like the pay and conditions. Why not leave. I am sure they would love to sack you but you would probably end up appealing and then going to tribunal crying give me my job back. I have seen some of the twats I work with do this....Do us a favour and leave f***ing hell you moan about it enough.

I enjoy my job ! For what I do and get away with I think I am fairly paid. Whats not too like. Too many people need to wake up to life outside R.M. cos the grass an't greener...

You'll enjoy you job whenever you're out until 5 - 6 pm and not getting paid any overtime or whenever you're delivering all the d2d's for nothing. I have worked outside RM and compared to RM now it was total luxury (ie treated with some sort of respect by management). It's idiots like you who are making this job unbearable.
