parcel force bonuses and pay

Hi all

i just got my first wage from parcel force can you please explain to me what is
parcel force additional pay
parcelforce LS pay
and roughly how much is the bonus monthly i know it will differ from office to office but wold jut like a rough guide

Yeah, every month depending on how well the depot does

The bonus scheme used to be easy to understand just being called First Time Delivery Bonus and was around £60 minimum (guaranteed) upto around £100 maximum. This was changed on the last pay rise and is what you see now and harder to understand for some reason. No one ever explained what it was or how it worked unfortunately but it works out roughly the same.

I'm glad that you get a bonus, I just wish we did too

We all work hard & deserve a little £££ reward , money dosen't go very far these days.

An explaination to the bonus scheme.

At the last pay rise the scheme did change, £11 of the first time delivery bonus scheme was incorporated into basic pay, but this was not pensionable, which is why it is shown seperate. As a point, bonus schemes come and go as we know, pay dosen't, and every year we get a pay rise this part of it increases unlike the bonus scheme.

There are new values to the first time bonus scheme as well which can take you up to £16 per week, I personally think that some of the targets are set too high as two months out of the twelve the top paying target is 99.5% which looking at historic data shows that very few depots will reach this target.
