Make sure they have all the dates correct, they once tried to conduct me on sick absence but they had their dates wrong.
As for B&H I totally agree that it has got very bad, especially since our so called representatives at the top of the union gave them our lives on a plate with the whole business transformation agreement.

That's what I believe. What ever the final result is, I know its bullying and hope that at least my complaint will be another record of her behaviour. If complaints were dealt with outside of RM a lot of this wouldn't be allowed to go on. She will be held to account one day, I'm sure.

Yes, haven't seen paper work yet. Spoke to rep today, she has already told him something that contradicts what she told me. Also, they appear to have abandoned RTW so God knows what they've put down for previous sickness.
