Tony Robson,makes gift cards to raise money for charity.

He is still waiting for six parcels of crucial supplies three weeks after they were supposed to arrive at his flat in Bristol Gardens, Kemp Town.

He believes his packages are lying dumped in a skip in the North Road sorting office.

Mr Robson said: “I’m so angry. It’s clearly not the postmen’s fault or the delivery staff.

"It’s a complete failure of management and something needs to be done.”

Mr Robson has complained to MP Simon Kirby and to Moya Greene, Royal Mail’s chief executive.

He said: “I want an apology and an explanation. There’s clearly no such thing as first class delivery anymore.”

No.
The use of the word "skip" is not his,it comes from an earlier Argus story.

http://www.theargus.co.uk/news/9617540. ... __parcels/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
When an Argus reporter visited the sorting office yes- terday, a member of staff revealed hundreds of parcels are lying undelivered in 15 skips inside the building, in particular packages for addresses in Kemp Town..
Why they picked the word "skip" is beyond me because obviously they mean Yorks. :roll:
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

The award was for Sven and Eastbourne DO I believe the term 'Brighton' may be being used in the general sense of the word. I may be wrong....I often am.
